I9 Consulting started in 2001 by Kadir Kara. Kadir worked at numerous firms and companies as a contract IT tech and even fulltime salary employee. One thing that always bothered Kadir was that these companies had an I.T. department but no management. Resources were being wasted every day and in turn work was being delayed or even stopped due to technical issues. Kadir began to realize that these issues could be resolve if only a separate division or company stepped in to manage the I.T.
